Alaska

Alaska, still a wild and harsh frontier. Only 683,000 people live in Alaska, a state 1/5 the size of all of the 48 continental United States. It's vast land is covered with some of the largest forests in the world. The receding glaciers provide a rich and fertile climate and soil for new forests that are lush and green.

Alaska has some of the worlds most popular and fascinating animals like the Bald Eagle, the Grizzly bear, and the Humpback whale. I was lucky enough to capture some of those images on a recent trip to Alaska. Although I do have to admit they were not as easy to find as advertisements had led me to believe.

Here are a few of my images from our trip to Alaska. I hope you enjoy them. If you find these images inspiring drop me a note. I'd love to hear from you.
