Yosemite National Park
April 2010
The Tunnel View at Yosemite is a view that I never get tired of seeing over and over again. Everythime I'm there it always has that same awe inspiring feel and yet it seems different everytime.
This year when I arrived at Yosemite the first week of April it had snowed almost a foot the night before. When I arrived in the evening the next day the clouds still hung around. It was about 2 hours before sunset and the sun began to creep its way through the clouds. I was there just as a seperation in the clouds allowed the sun to light up Bridal Veil falls with a spectacular light. And this year the falls were flowing with an abundance of water. What a beautiful sight it was. You will find several more of those shots within the this gallery.
I hope you enjoy the pictures. If you would like a print of any of these photographs please contact me at alvance@charter.net. All images on my site are for sale.
